Checklist

Below is a checklist of documents required to submit an application. As this is a general outline please check with our office as each individuals situation is different.

Identification
- Copy of your passport or Birth Certificate
- Copy of your current drivers license or medicare card and bank card
- Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable)

Income Verification – Salary & Wage Earners
- Last 3 consecutive payslips
- Copy of last years group certificate or tax return
- Copy of Centrelink Statement (if applicable)

Income Verification – Self Employed
- Last 2 Years Personal Tax returns
- Last 2 Years Business Tax Returns (partnership, company or trust)
- Last 2 Years Business Management Reports (financial)

Income Verification – Rental Income
- Letter from Managing Real Estate Agent confirming actual or proposed rental income
- Statement of rent received (if currently rented)

Purchase – Property
- Signed Copy of contract of sale
- Copy of receipt for deposit
- Last 3 Months savings statements

Refinance Loans
- Last 6 months statements of ANY loans being refinanced
- Current payout figure on loans being paid out
- Copy of latest rates notice

Existing Car/Personal/Credit Cards/Other Loans
- Last statement provided

First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) Applicants
- Certified (witnessed by a J.P/Comm Dec) 100 points of ID
- Certified Copy of Contract of Sale
