100% Home Loans
This product will fund the entire purchase price of the home with only the legal fees remaining. This allows both first home buyers who are struggling to save the required deposit and investors looking to build their portfolio with minimal cash outlay an option to purchase their desired property. As an Investor you will most likely require a more complex loan structuring to take advantage of the tax benefits offered. Loan splits between personal and investment and also fixed and variable are available. Lo Doc and No Doc Loans

A line of credit is secured against a property and acts as a very large credit card at home loans rates. If you are thinking of buying a new vehicle, going on a holiday, making some home improvements or would like to unlock the equity in your property this is the perfect product for you.
Bridging Finance
Found the perfect new home but still haven't sold your old one? With bridging finance you will be able to secure your dream property whilst you still have your old home on the market. This works by you paying mortgage repayments on your new property while no repayments are payable on your old house. Instead the interest is added onto the balance of your previous loan and repaid when you sell the house. Terms are typically between 6-12 months at very competitive rates.
Reverse Mortgages
Reverse Mortgages are designed for the asset rich and cash poor society. You must be at least 60 years of age to qualify and they work exactly as the name states. Instead of your mortgage getting smaller with repayments, it increases and no repayments are required until the property is sold. Chattel Mortgage
Purchase a piece of equipment of machinery for your business with little or no cash down. A Chattel Mortgage allows you to claim the GST portion of your purchase on your next Business Activity Statement (BAS). Terms from 1-5 (7 in some cases) years and balloon/ residual values are available to structure the loan to suit your requirements. An early termination is possible and fees will vary depending on the lender.
Lease
A lease allows you the use of equipment or machinery while leaving the legal ownership of the goods with the financier. You make repayments on the lease for the chosen term (1-5 years) and at the end of the term a balloon or residual which is determined at the start is payable. Payments are fully tax deductible and once all payments including the residual have been made ownership is transferred to the borrower.
Novated Lease
Designed for the employee who has the option of receiving a vehicle as part of their salary package. The employee enjoys full use of the motor vehicle whilst the employer makes all the rental payments to the financier. The contract and ownership of the vehicle is in the name of the employee and should the employee leave the company, the employee will take over the loan repayments or their next employer.
